FOUNDER SPOTLIGHT:

Quotanda Founder Grant Taylor Scales Global Student Financing Across 16 Countries

Bara Sapir, MA, Founder of MindFlow, joined StartEd in September 2025 as she began transitioning from a successful service-based business into building a scalable EdTech product.

Bara saw strong potential in the opportunity, but also recognized there were still critical questions to uncover around product validation, partnerships, and long-term growth.

Through StartEd, Bara gained access to the strategic frameworks, mentor insights, and peer perspectives required to operate on a different level as a product founder. The community helped clarify next steps, surface blind spots, and reframe how she approached decision-making and growth.

Since joining StartEd, Bara has:

  • Transitioned from a service-based model toward a scalable EdTech product

  • Engaged with mentors and peers to refine strategic thinking and founder decision-making

  • Identified the need for structured pilots and proof to build credibility with schools and partners

  • Begun designing a formal pilot and study to support future partnerships and growth conversations

Reflecting on her experience, Bara shared:

“Being part of StartEd put me on a completely different playing field. I may not have hit traditional milestones yet, but the level of insight and clarity I’ve gained has been a huge victory.”

We’re proud to support founders like Bara who are navigating complex transitions and laying the groundwork for scalable, impact-driven EdTech companies.

Wishing Bara and the MindFlow team continued momentum as they build what’s next 🚀.
